RTL on plugin directory has some bugs

Description

I noticed this when I accidentally landed on an RTL layout for a plugin listing via Google. The text in the sidebar shows some characters in weird places. You can see in the screenshot below, stuff like the closing parenthesis on the language being moved to the front of the sentence and flipped, and the updated label being RTL while the installations label is LTR. It's hard to judge as the text is still in english, perhaps if it was in a native RTL language it would be better, but may warrant some investigation.

What plugin/language was that? Once everything is fully translated it should look correct. See https://ar.wordpress.org/plugins/jetpack/ for example.

It was https://azb.wordpress.org/plugins/inline-css-block-gutenberg/ I suppose they didn't provide a translation for that language?

Replying to hedgefield:

I suppose they didn't provide a translation for that language?

Yes, the current appearance is just a result of displaying English text in RTL direction. (Text direction is a translatable string for each locale and is set to 'rtl' for South Azerbaijani.)

Once they translate the directory UI at https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/azb/default/meta/plugins-v3, it should display correctly.
