Hi,

I was translating the WordPress strings into my locale (Urdu) and I have found many strings with special characters are not rendering properly. I have also shared the screenshot URL. Please have a look.

This fix will help to the translaters to understand the strings properly.

Hey @abdullahramzan

These are being displayed as they're intended to - many strings include numbered entities deliberately for various reasons.

When translating, you should also use a numbered entity which matches the symbol in your language (Or you can just use ' if appropriate).
