Hide from attendee list when buying tickets

There is a list of attendees for WordCamps shown on the respective site which lists everyone who is going to the event. Whilst people can be removed from this list by having an organiser hide the profile manually, there should be an option during the ticket purchase workflow which allows people to select this for themselves instead.

I'd suggest hiding people from the list by default so people need to actively make the choice to shown themselves. Once they are on (or off) the list, an organiser changing this later seems fine, but initially it should always be down to the attendee to choose this.
