CampSite 2017: Add Logo support in theme

Description

The CampSite theme doesn't allow you to upload a logo, just a header image. We should also support logos.

I've added 3575.diff​, which adds the custom logo support from _s to the CampSite theme. I don't think we need to add any CSS. This should not affect any existing WC sites using CampSite, since these sites won't have set a logo, the_custom_logo won't display anything.
