Remove closed topics from the "Topics with no replies" view

Description

When a topic is closed manually it still shows up in the "Topics with no replies" view. Its impossible for normal contributors to get it out of there (or answer to it) and a mod would need to manually change the status of the topic to "no support topic".

The no-replies view should filter out closed topics.
