I think it’d be helpful if we could link related support posts together, ala StackExchange.com. Users often start new threads on topics that already exist, and linking all the related threads together would help in cross-referencing them and pointing to the canonical answer.

As per discussion in slack, this would be dependent on a larger project to implement ElasticSearch. Closing for now, but not because we're rejecting the idea.
