Description

I wanted to share the 15-year anniversary page (​https://wp15.wordpress.net/) on our social media channels, but there's no social image or description, which doesn't make it a pleasant post. Not sure how to go about this but it would be great if someone could add those, so we can share the page and make more people aware of the festivities! This is easy to solve with Yoast SEO (free), if that helps anyone.

Have added a screenshot of what sharing would look like at this time, to explain what I mean.

Thanks @siobhanseija ! The above patch should have fixed the issue, and I tested with the Facebook Debugger. Can you confirm?
