Description
Shouldn't we
1 - explain in the forum guidelines (or somewhere else) what exactly is a non-support topic? And
2 - warn users that marking the This topic is not a support question checkbox will make their topics don't appear in the no-replies list, reducing their chances to get help?

As users don't generally read, I suggest that the "no replies" view simply ignore the field unless the topic is marked as "resolved".

I agree, a topic does not necessarily have a resolution, even if it is marked as "not a support question".
3619.patch changes the no-replies behavior to check if topics are set to Resolved explicitly, this also makes sense as even if a topic is marked as not a support question, the mark as resolved option exists when writing replies and such.

I'm here because I wanted to know what the checkbox does. It should have an explanation.

It seems to me that this is really not useful and could be replaced with a simple "resolved"/"open" toggle.
mockups and a patch would help this ticket
