Profile notifications are case sensitive but not when adding them

Description
I was trying to add multiple notifications of certain words in my profile and noticed it said that the words to watch are case sensitive so I thought that en-gb and en-GB are different, but when trying to add both I get an error saying I can't add the same watch words.
The wording here needs updating, or case sensitivity needs removing (if that really is the case here).
