Hide themes/plugins from your profile

Description

I'd like to see an option where you can hide a theme or plugin from your profile page so you could still be listed as a contributor on the project page itself, but it just doesn't appear on your list of projects on your profiles.wordpress.org/* page.

People may want this sort of thing hidden for a number of reason, whether they've deprecated the project, they only want to feature a select few things or they're giving the project to another developer.

I'd imagine the best way to implement this (I think, I'm not sure), would be to have a button similar to the favourites on the theme and plugin pages where you can click it once and it'll hide it, then click it again to show it.

I've added this to the profiles component as technically it's related to profiles but would cross over into both theme and plugin directories.

-1.

If you don't want it listed on your profile, then you should be removed from the page itself as well. Having it on one and not the other is confusing.

If the project is deprecated enough to where you want to disavow it that much, then it should be taken down and not offered to users any longer.
