Meaning needed in translation

Description

We are doing a translation to a local dialect for "Loading…"

The line does not make sense even in English on line 27 of sites/trunk/global.wordpress.org/public_html/wp-content/mu-plugins/roles/views/edit-translation-editor.php

We need clarification in the intended word. Is it "Loading Help" or "Loading & help"
