Description
As a first step to promote companies that commit 5 For The Future, let's make employer information on profiles a bit more visible.

We should keep the "Member Since" date format as "September 10th, 2012" so that is it clear for both Americans and the rest of the world. So that it clear that Mel joined on September 10th, 2012 and not October 8th, 2012.

It might be cool to be able to link to your employers profile. In this case https://profiles.wordpress.org/automattic
Interesting idea!
Though with this ticket a large portion of the design is changed. Hopefully is part of #1152.
It's mostly CSS changes and pushing around some HTML. 1152 will definitely be tackled with profile unification though.

Fixed in [dotorg14258] and [dotorg14259].
