Plugin Admin Tool: Author Cards should report plugins where user has support access

Right now the author card tool lists all plugins someone has commit access to, or is an owner of. It does not list any plugins an account has 'support' access to.

Can we add that? Either with a different color or below the plugin list so we can see who has access to what?
