Available language message on the front is different compared to the plugin page.

I opened WordPress front page ​https://wordpress.org/ where i found

WordPress is also available in Norsk (bokmål).

After that i moved to the plugin page ​https://wordpress.org/plugins/ where i found

The plugin directory is also available in Norsk bokmål.

The text bokmål doesn't have parentheses at plugin page.

Hi @dilipbheda, thanks for bringing it to our attention! After double-checking with @ocean90, I don't think this is something worth changing for now.

The banners currently use two different methods of retrieving the locale name, which causes the difference in appearance. This will be fixed once we made the locale banner universal across w.org, see #1864, #1952.
