"View" button in Consistency tool doesn't work properly

When the View button string is pressed, it is supposed to show the list of term suggested and how many times the term has been suggested.
Right now, clicking on it doesn't fire anything.

I try to inspect the element and the console report JQuery error and an AddEventListener null (this second report doesn't appear always)
