Add consistency link and info to Glossary Terms

Hello,

Thought it would be really nice to update the Glossary terms to introduce a 'View original in consistency tool' link to the Glossary Item metabox similar to what's found on a translation row.

Along with the information from the consistency tool as to how many different translations there are and how many times they repeat with the anchored link. This lets you to at a glance see if there's any different translations as well as jump directly to correct them.

And finally similar to how translation items metabox has 'Translated by:' prefix a 'Created by:' or 'Updated by:' prefix would make sense before the username.

The template currently has no filters to extend the box in such a way without copying the full template which I'd like to avoid. The consistency search isn't performant enough to support multiple searches in one request so it'd need to be check asynchronously. That's not really worth the effort for a page that's not visited that often once the entries are set.

And finally similar to how translation items metabox has 'Translated by:' prefix a 'Created by:' or 'Updated by:' prefix would make sense before the username.

This should be reported to GlotPress directly.

Thanks @ocean90 agreed it's probably not worth the effort or server load.
