Trac notification truncates URL breaking the reference

Description
Hello,
Just came across this in a Trac notification. It seems if the URL is too long it gets truncated in the email which breaks the link as it's no longer valid.
For example the notification generated by this comment has two links;
https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/44707#comment:4
In the resulting email both are truncated and since gmail auto-links them they're clickable but take you to an invalid page.
*attaching screen & original text
Checking the length they're different in where they break the contents but it seems it'll only break at the path slash / character.
Cheers

As this isn't something we've customised in Trac, I'm going to close this as wontfix
.
I don't believe we want to add any further customisations on top of Trac either.
This bug is being tracked upstream in Trac, but doesn't look like there's much movement: https://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/10450
