On Accessibility handbook page ​https://make.wordpress.org/accessibility/handbook/get-involved/#code

The edit link is https://make.wordpress.org/accessibility/accessibility-related-tickets-in-wordpress-trac/ broken so need to set working link.

Which Edit link? The Edit Page link in the admin bar seems to work okay for me.
