'Waiting' column header on Per-Project Locale Stats table should be 'Waiting/Fuzzy'

Hello,

Can we update the column heading found on the Per-Project Locale Stats table from 'Waiting' to 'Waiting/Fuzzy' for better clarity and to remove confusion. Example found here;

*That column actually lists a combined count of waiting+fuzzy strings.

This would match the project overview tiles where that count is labelled properly as 'Waiting/Fuzzy'.
