Add admin column for indicator that parsed item has an explanation

It would be handy from the admin listing of posts to determine at a glance which posts have an explanation. Such an indicator should also link directly to the explanation.

Otherwise, there is no way to know if a post has an explanation without visiting the post directly (from either the frontend or the backend), and then an additional click to edit it.

This feature (in pre-release form) was helpful when removing duplicate posts via bulk edit by making it easy to verify that to-be-deleted posts didn't unexpectedly have an associated explanation. The feature can also be useful to identify posts lacking explanations, or to find and review explanations based on a search by posts.
