Automate regional WordCamps in the Upcoming Events dashboard widget

Description
Currently, regional events like WordCamp EU and WordCamp US need to be hardcoded in order to display within the Upcoming Events dashboard widget. Would be great to automate this process.
Would likely need another checkbox to indicate a regional event when creating a new WordCamp event. May also require an additional database table to store regional events.
