Description

Only "@vladlu on WordPress.org" But I have a slack with the same username (and email).
Strange, isn't it?
Sorry if I'm asking this question in the wrong place, but it looks like a bug for me.

In your Slack Profile, you cannot have an empty Display Name. This occurred when Slack dropped the use of usernames and replaced them with display names. If you don't have a display name, we can no longer guarantee that you have a username to use instead, so a blank display name will prevent it from showing up on the profiles page.
Log into Slack, go to Profile and Account, select Edit Profile, and fill in something for "Display name (optional)". Then wait a bit, that data is cached for about half an hour.
