Localise Creative Commons logo on w.org/privacy

Description
On w.org/privacy, the Creative Commons logo is being hot-linked from creativecommons.org. There's no benefit that I can think of, only downsides (privacy, cross-domain requests, can't cache)

Thanks @Otto42 yes downloading the image to the server should suffice.

Awesome that sounds like a good idea. not sure you'll get objections here. Maybe open a trac ticket for that change to prompt objections and discussion.

The reason for the 4.0 is that it has better license wording across more jurisdictions, and is also GPL-Compatible. The intent and result is the same, so no issues in updating it.
Also, this image is nicer, so, probably should use that:
