Description

  1. If you go to ​https://ru.wordpress.org/, the header menu is translated and links to localized Themes Directory, Plugin Directory, Support, etc.
  2. If you go to ​https://ru.wordpress.org/themes/, the header no longer contains the native language name, the menu is not translated and links to English pages.
  3. Same with Plugin Directory, Support section, etc.
