Make tabs more tab-like

It was suggested by WordPress users on twitter that the 'tabs' area of the new profiles page wasn't instantly usable as tabs and was a little confusing as there is no graphical identification that they are tabs.

I suggested the following changes (applied using firebug in firefox browser to produce) - this is my first attempt in offering feedback so please excuse anything I haven't done correctly if that is the case.

The design is not completed yet, and the new profiles have not been announced as complete. We started with what you see so that we can test it more easily as we finish the design. What you see now is not the finished design. If you're interested in the profiles project, design decisions are made in the community team at ​http://make.wordpress.org/community, and we focus on contributor recognition and site projects during our team IRC chat the 4h Thursday of each month.

This is thus premature for meta.trac at this time. Further development of the profiles project is ongoing, and meta.trac is not yet appropriate for tickets in this scope.

When the project is closer to "complete", then at that time, decisions on specific details will be appropriate here. However, during the active design phases, this is not a good place to hold discussions relating to the layout and functionality of the profiles.

Note that bugs which directly cause active problems on .org are always appropriate here on meta.trac, regardless of current projects. It's just that comments and additions to active design work is best held where the design is currently occurring.

Hey @Cr3ativ, I think these tabs make sense. I'll keep them in mind as I play around with some css updates this weekend (I'm going to try a couple things). I'll post my updates over in #421.
