While working on the 5.1 version page on the HelpHub, I found that there was no equivelant to ​https://codex.wordpress.org/Template:Release in the HelpHub.

I think that block editor templates would be a great way to ensure consistent formatting is used and no information is forgotten when creating pages for new versions.

4195.diff​ is a template based on the previous ​Codex template and the latest ​5.1 release HelpHub page.
