Pages like ​https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_rss/ should set a meta description, using the introductory function text (In this case, "Display all RSS items in a HTML ordered list.").

Truncate these if necessary so that the string (followed by an ellipsis character) is < 150 chars, ending with a full word.
