The wptv team needs some extra information exposed in the API endpoints for better wptv tooling.

In 8379:

WordPress.TV: Add some extra information to the WordPress.TV API to make it more useful for mod tools.
All of the data here is presented on the public page in one form or another.

I'm going to close this for now, but if there's anything else needed to be added please re-open or file a specific ticket.

Note that I've just chosen to extend the existing API as it seemed easier than creating a new API.
