So the current list of API articles in ​https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/ is hardcoded.

Menus are a better way to this so we can add new or edit links

Developer: Convert hardcoded list of API links to a menu.

Also:

  • Add "Global Variables" to list of hardcoded API links now used as fallback
  • Translate text for hardcoded API links
