Add support for wide & full-width blocks in CampSite theme

Description
The block editor has wide & full width options for blocks, but these aren't supported by the CampSite theme. It would be nice for the single-column WordCamp sites (like WC Boston & WCUS ) to have that option available.
The alignwide & alignfull classes would still need to be styled to have any effect, so this wouldn't break existing themes, and themes that use two columns could just not style the class.
