Positioning on background image

Description

The Rosetta homepages have the same section about the community on their frontpage. That section has the same image on w.org and the rosetta sites. However, the frontpage on all locales have 'bottom' as an extra CSS positioning class which it shouldn't. Screenshots will make it more clear.
