A team like Aromanian is not really active but the page still exists: ​https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/teams/?locale=rup_MK

Clicking the bottom link 'Is this a language that you speak? Join the WordPress translation team for Aromanian!' is pointing to a non-existing page.

Maybe point to ​https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/translating/inactive-translations/ ???

Of course the pointer to ​https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/translating/inactive-translations/ should only be for really inactive locales.
