Twitter: use video thumbnail as picture

Description

When a video is published, a tweet is sent from ​https://twitter.com/WordPressTV
The current picture used by the tweet is just a black box.
It would be nicer to use the Video Thumbnail as image for twitter.

I've traced this to a bug on WordPress.com in VideoPress, it looks like the og:image tags aren't being set correctly for some videos.

This should be fixed going forward.
