Make "Save" and "Approve" the same

I'm a LTE. I spend most of my time accepting and editing translations made by others.

If I see a string and want it as is, I must "Accept".
If I edit a string, I must "Save".

Otherwise, it displays an error message.

I think that no matter if I click on "Accept" or "Save", the wanted behaviour should be automatically detected.

This is simple, not confusing and would save me (and probably others) a lot of time.

Actually, similar functionality is already available if you are able to use the browser extension GlotDict ​https://github.com/Mte90/GlotDict

As replied on ​https://github.com/GlotPress/GlotPress-WP/issues/1014 LTE/GTE roles doesn't exists on GlotPress but only on translate.wp.org because the platform extended GP.
So the right place to ask is this ticket system/project :-)
