  1. Go to ​https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/ru/default/wp-plugins/.
  2. Enter any plugin title into Search projects... field.
  3. Click "Submit".
  4. The page reloads with an empty Search projects... field, no search is performed.

Looking at the code, the "Submit" button only applies to the filter below the search field, but the UI does not exactly make it clear.
