Description

While making the FAQ the top of the page did make people read it, it sadly made it harder for people to notice any errors with submissions.

In order to make things more obvious, the form is going back on top with a restructured intro and quick FAQ. In addition, the error message regarding trademarks has been modified to explain a little more why what's happening is happening.

Finally the arrays of slugs are alphabetized so we don't go insane.
