The Weekly Updates post is no longer being automatically published to make/community. This was the ​last successful post. It seems the post was normally was being created Monday mornings at midnight Eastern Time (US).

Fixed in r15351-dotorg

Make Network: Community: Delay the 'weekly updates post' prompt until the init hook.
Cavalcade isn't properly initialised on muplugins_loaded and has resulted in this cron job never being re-enqueued after failing once several months ago.

This should fix that.
Fixes #4711.
