1	1	I think a better fix should be a field in settings that determines which emails get notified.

3	3	In small WordCamps usually it's one personal creating the invoice so it's all good. In flagship ones, we might use a separate sponsor email. (We are in WordCamp Asia) So notifying the main WordCamp email would not be useful
