Add Public Posts Preview plugin to Rosetta sites

Description
It would be super helpful if we could have the ability to use the Public Posts Preview plugin on Rosetta sites.
Indeed, Locale Managers often need to share public preview of New blog posts, so other WP contributors could review them before publishing.
Like for WordCamp.org websites before, it's already installed and usable on the make sites as well as .org/news, so its definitely vetted and tested.

Worth noting it would be great to also implement the plugin on Rosetta sub sites, like /team and /support, to facilitate contribution before publishing. Especially on /support since helphub is now translatable so it could greatly facilitate Locale Doc teams work!
