Add Training to "Get Involved"

Training was mentioned in #71 but never actually added to ​https://make.wordpress.org/

The training team has been using the community P2, though they haven't been tagging/categorizing the posts for some reason. It looks to me like the team is part of the community team now. Perhaps they don't need their P2?

Either way, this is wontfix until they start to use their P2 again. (​Didn't hear from Jen on this either.)

I'm going to resolve this as fixed since I added training. I also added an icon for Flow (dashicons-welcome-view-site), but I didn't add them to the page yet. It's WordPress, so it's just something that needs to get added from that side, if they want it.
