How do I change my email address?

I changed my email address in my profile but despite blocking all notifications from Trac, I seem to still get ticket updates to the previous email address. How can I change the email Trac is sending emails to?
I thought updating my profile would do it but that doesn't seem to be the case.
The ticket #3594 is also related to this because I do still sometimes get notifications for tickets I've blocked.

Updating your Support Profile is supposed to be all that's needed.
The hidden /prefs page might allow you to change your email, but I don't believe that it's enabled for meta or core
If it's not working, it's probably the same root cause as #3594. I've recently removed the ability to "Block Notifications" for trac tickets since that doesn't appear to be something we'll fix anytime soon.
