If someone has never posted on the forums, they don't exist as a user, and thus can't be assigned as helphub editors/managers

Description

The new HelpHub documentation is growing and locale WordPress are also adopting it

In the italian Helphub when we started creating new editors this situation emerged:

if the wp.org user has no forum role, no helphub role could be applied

@cristianozanca you should be able to select the HelpHub role from the "Blog Role"

You can see the above screen by navigating to e.g https://it.wordpress.org/support/users/netweb/edit

Does that work for you?

p.s. I have a forum role on it.w.org, but even if a user has no forum role you should dtill be able to assign the "blog role" for HelpHub users, if needed though I do not think it is required you can also assign the "forum role" from that same page

Hi @netweb

I'm an HelpHub locale Administrator and Keymaster of locale forum

and what I see from the "Blog Role" is only "subscriber"

Maybe I must have a Rosetta locale role, at the moment I have only a role for publisher on the Team locale https://it.wordpress.org/team/

following is the only role I see on the "Blog Role"
