Add a BP GraphQL API Handbook to developer.buddypress.org

As requested by @espellcaste you'll find attached to this ticket the needed edits to the bporg-developer theme to do so that he can start documenting the BP GraphQL API.

FYI @espellcaste I had to use a shorter post type name that's why it is not bp-graphql-api but bp-gql-api. Using the first was not registering the post type as the post type name was longer than 20 characters (As the handbook plugin adds handbook to the post type name).

Once deployed, you'll need to set the root page slug of your handbook to bp-gql-api.
