Glossary import reference link no longer valid

Description

Importing a glossary from ​https://translate.wordpress.org/locale/fr-be/default/glossary/-import/ is showing a link to the Google Translator Toolkit, but that has been closed earlier this month.

We could point to any other resource that exist or add a paragraph in ​https://make.wordpress.org/polyglots/handbook/tools/glotpress-translate-wordpress-org/glossary-style-guide/#importingexporting-entries explaining the header but the current link needs to be changed.

Can you please create a GitHub issue at ​https://github.com/GlotPress/GlotPress-WP/issues since this ​part of GlotPress? I guess it can be replaced with a link to ​https://glotpress.blog/the-manual/glossaries/ once the page has some content.
