Exclude component maintainer tickets from "tickets that have no replies"

Description

The component pages on make.wordpress.org/core include a list of all the tickets that don't have any replies. I find this list really helpful to make sure that tickets that people are opening get replied and aren't left waiting for a response.

The list of tickets includes tickets opened by maintainers of the component. I think this somewhat dilutes the value of the list because there isn't someone left waiting. So it makes it harder, at least for me, to use the list effectively.

I think it'd be more helpful if tickets opened by component maintainers were excluded from the list. Alternately, perhaps exclude tickets that were opened by the current user?

Would excluding tickets opened by the current user potentially only if they're a maintainer of the component be an option here then?

Personally I don't think it makes sense to exclude maintainer-opened tickets, they deserve discussion as much as any other ticket. In other words: don't think a ticket should be ignored just because a committer or component maintainer opened it.

That'd work great for my use case.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
