Description
https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/rss/ works whereas any link on the pagination redirects you to the plugins search page.
Example:
Expected destination: https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/rss/page/2/
Landed on: https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/page/
