The "Meetup organizer handbook" page (​https://make.wordpress.org/community/handbook/meetup-organizer) has a number of layout problems on mobile (Firefox Nightly and Chrome 79.0.3945.116) and desktop (Firefox Developer Edition).

The title "Event sponsorship" and its description shift the content of the page.

In 9416:

Handbook plugin: Treat 'welcome' as a valid handbook post type archive landing page.

This has been the convention for some Community handbooks, and is a simpler alternative to some of the already-supported page slug variants.
