No messages after updating your profile

After editing your WP.org profile and clicking "Save Changes", you stay on the same page without any messages.

Saving the changes should either redirect you back to your profile page, or display a "Changes saved" message.

Fixed.

The message appears below the profile header and above the profile edit form. An argument could be made for the notice to appear above the profile header, but it currently conforms to the BP default.
