Fix XSL references

Reported by: jonoaldersonwp Owned by: dd32
Milestone: Priority: lowest
Component: General Keywords: seo

XML sitemaps on Rosetta sites, such as https://it.wordpress.org/themes/sitemap.xml, https://it.wordpress.org/themes/sitemap-index-1.xml, https://it.wordpress.org/plugins/sitemap-index-1.xml request an XSL resource from wordpress.org/themes/sitemap-index.xsl. Browsers prevent this from loading, which results in a 'white screen'.

The XSL location should be updated to automatically reference the current/correct domain.

AFAIK, we don't have any sitemaps on w.org.

There is a feature in Jetpack that can generate sitemaps, but that should be turned off on all the sites by default? It might have been on for some reason earlier, but appears to be off now.

Closing this since there isn't a sitemap, but if we decide to make one happen, then things like this should be considered in a more overarching ticket.

In 9499:

Plugin Directory: Disable Jetpack sitemaps on Rosetta sites if enabled.

Due to how the plugin directory is exposed on multiple domains, the Jetpack sitemap caching doesn't handle the different domains (and content) very well.

Fixes #5023.

In 9501:

Plugin Directory: Update the filter in r9499 to handle the searched module being held at array index 0, which shouldn't happen on the plugins directory, but was an issue on the Themes Directory.
