Change applicationCategory schema value on theme templates

Templates like ​https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyfourteen/ output a structured data graph, which Google is parsing incorrectly (and representing themes as 'Desktop Enhancement' software in search results).

We should change the value of applicationCategory to OtherApplication.
